Being a mid-sized, family-owned firm, we all wear more than one hat, and everyone is involved in the day to day activities.  Dustin and Jeremy are our Project Managers and Safety Managers.  Under those men we have several On-site Safety representatives along with Quality Control representatives.  Our General Foreman, depending on the size of the project, will oversee safety and quality control as well.  

All our General Foreman have at least 5 years with the Company and most of our ironworkers/welders have been with us over 5 years.  We have three full-time on-site safety representatives.  Along with our full-time on-site safety representative and two full time safety managers, we have a 3rd party safety representative that performs monthly safety audits at each project.
